When the price comes up
“Is this number real, or does it climb once they’re inside?”
A written estimate within 24 hours, itemized by task. Approve all of it or cut a line. If the scope changes, work stops and you get a call first — nothing lands on an invoice you didn’t say yes to.
Moment 02
While the job gets done
“Are they coming today? Why has nobody called?”
We confirm the day before and text when we’re on the way. Multi-day jobs get an end-of-day update, and if something slips, you hear it from us first.
Moment 03
When you judge the result
“Was that done properly, or does it just look fine from here?”
We walk the finished work with you and send before-and-after photos with the invoice. If something isn’t right, we come back — no argument, no second invoice.

Depends on the job, but we don’t hide it. Single tasks like TV mounting or furniture assembly are flat-rate and quoted over the phone. Multi-task visits are hourly with a two-hour minimum. Remodels and larger projects get a walkthrough and one fixed project price, and hauling is priced by volume. Typical ranges are in the pricing section above and on our Pricing page — and whatever your job is, you get a written number before work starts.

No. One TV mounted, one dresser assembled, one couch hauled away — those are normal bookings, not favors. Plenty of contractors won’t return that call; we will. Batching a few small things into one visit is the most efficient, but a single item is fine.

From a single repair to remodels and construction. Work that needs a permit is taken on only where we hold current contractor registration for your address, so tell us where the job is and we’ll confirm what applies before anything is quoted. Electrical panels, main-line plumbing and HVAC systems go to licensed specialty trades, coordinated as part of the project.

Labor for your move: loading and unloading rental trucks and portable containers, packing and unpacking, storage units, in-home moves where furniture just changes rooms, and heavy items like safes and gym equipment. Driving household goods between homes takes a Colorado PUC mover permit, so for home moves we work as your crew while you — or your truck or container company — handle the drive. Office and commercial moves are different: business property isn’t household goods, so we handle those start to finish.

No. Colorado licenses electricians and plumbers through DORA but not general contractors — no state exam, no experience verification, no background check, no insurance requirement.
