Both. A single TV mount or one sticking door is a normal booking, priced at a flat rate. Bigger work — floors, a bathroom update, a basement — gets a walkthrough and one fixed project price.

Hourly, with a two-hour minimum. Send the list ahead so the right materials are on the van, and we work through it in the order you choose. A half-day typically runs $300–$400.

Most repairs, installs and cosmetic updates don’t. Structural changes, additions, egress windows and new electrical, plumbing or gas work usually do. We tell you which applies to your address before we quote, and only take on permitted work where we hold current registration for that area.

For repairs and installs, common materials ride on the van and are listed in your estimate. For finish choices — flooring, tile, fixtures — you can pick them yourself or we can source them. Either way, every material is itemized before work starts.
