Questions
For contractors and companies.
Can you work inside our process and paperwork?
Yes. We work from your work orders and not-to-exceed limits, use your portal or work-order system, and send a W-9 and certificate of insurance before the first job. Send your vendor packet and we'll turn it around quickly.
What insurance do you carry?
General liability coverage. We'll send a certificate naming your company as certificate holder and talk through any additional-insured wording your contract requires before the first job.
Do you work as a subcontractor on our projects?
Yes, on defined scopes: punch lists, finish carpentry, drywall, paint, flooring, installations, moves and cleanup. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC stay with licensed contractors.
How quickly do you respond?
Most messages get a reply within a few hours, 7 days a week, 7am–7pm. Tell us your deadline up front and we'll be straight about whether we can hit it.
Do you bring your own tools and vehicle?
Yes — a cargo van and the tools for the scope. Materials can come from you, or we source them and list them line by line on the invoice.
How do you invoice?
Itemized, with your PO or work-order number, billed to the company, the property owner or the unit — however your accounting needs it.
