Questions

Handyman questions.

How much does a handyman cost?

A half-day visit — about four hours on site — runs $300–$400, and most punch lists fit in one. Single tasks like a TV mount or furniture assembly are flat-rate, and bigger lists or small projects get a written price after we see the list.

Is there a minimum charge?

Single tasks are flat-rate, and hourly visits have a two-hour minimum. You'll know the price in writing before we're on the calendar.

Do you bring the materials?

Yes. Common materials — hinges, anchors, caulk, patch and paint — come with us and are listed on your price. For finish items like fixtures or hardware, buy your own or have us source them.

Can you work through a home-inspection list?

Yes. Send the inspection report or the repair addendum and we'll price the items we handle, and tell you up front which ones need a licensed trade.

What about electrical and plumbing?

Like-for-like swaps — faucets, toilets and disposals — we do ourselves. Electrical work and plumbing changes go to licensed electricians and plumbers that we coordinate, so you still have one point of contact.

How soon can you come?

Smaller lists in our home-base area are usually on the calendar within the week, and same-day when the schedule allows.

Where do you work?

From Boulder to Colorado Springs. Douglas County and the south metro are home base, with no travel charge. Farther out — across the Denver metro, north to Boulder and south to Colorado Springs — travel is built into your written price, never added afterward. See every town we cover.
