Questions
Repair and remodeling questions.
What kinds of repairs and projects do you take on?
Everything from single repairs and punch lists to carpentry, drywall and painting, flooring, doors and windows, installations and kitchen, bath and whole-room updates. If it's part of keeping a home or property in shape, ask — and if part of it calls for a specialist, we'll coordinate one.
Do you do kitchen and bathroom remodels?
Yes. We plan and manage kitchen and bath updates as one project — cabinets, counters, tile, flooring, paint and fixtures. If the plan calls for electrical work or plumbing changes, we bring in licensed pros and coordinate them on the same schedule.
What if my project needs a permit?
We'll tell you up front if it does, and plan the work, the permit and the timeline around it so there are no surprises halfway through.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're licensed and insured, with a certificate of insurance available before your job starts. We're also OSHA 30-hour trained and EPA lead-safe (RRP) certified for work in homes built before 1978.
Do you supply the materials?
Yes. We can source materials and itemize them on your estimate, or install what you've already bought. For finish choices like flooring, tile or fixtures, pick your own or have us source them.
Do you work outside Castle Rock?
Yes — from Boulder to Colorado Springs. Douglas County and the south metro are home base, with no travel charge. Farther out, travel is built into your written price, never added afterward.
How soon can you start?
Smaller jobs in our home-base area are usually on the calendar within the week. Larger projects get a start date as soon as you approve the estimate, with materials ordered to match.
Send us the list — or the whole project.
