New vanities, tile, cabinets, counters, fixtures, flooring and paint — scoped on a free walkthrough, priced as one fixed, itemized number and managed on one schedule with one point of contact. Based in Castle Rock, working from Boulder to Colorado Springs.

Start with photos: text a few of the room to (303) 919-2274 and we'll set up the walkthrough.

Scope, honestly

What's an update — and what changes the plan.

Updates keep plumbing, wiring and walls where they are. When a plan moves them, it's still one project with one contact — but licensed trades handle those parts, and you'll know before you approve anything.

Usually a straightforward update

  • Cabinets and counters in the same layout
  • Tile, flooring and paint
  • Faucets and toilets replaced in place
  • Vanity replacement in the same spot
  • Hardware, mirrors and accessories
  • Trim, doors and storage

Changes the plan

  • Moving a sink, toilet or shower
  • New circuits, outlets or lighting
  • Removing or adding walls
  • Gas line work
  • Structural changes
  • Anything that needs a permit

Tile, flooring, cabinets, counters and paint generally don't need a building permit. When part of a plan does, we'll tell you up front and plan the timeline around it.

Questions

Kitchen and bath questions.

How much does a kitchen or bathroom update cost?

It depends on size, finishes and how much changes, so every update is priced after a free walkthrough as one fixed, itemized number — labor and materials line by line. Smaller jobs, like a vanity swap or a new tile floor, can often be priced from photos.

Do I need a permit?

Tile, flooring, cabinets, counters and paint generally don't need one. Moving plumbing, adding electrical or changing walls usually does. We'll tell you up front, and licensed trades handle the parts that require them.

Can I choose my own finishes?

Yes. Pick your own tile, vanity, fixtures and hardware, or have us source them — either way they're itemized on your price.

How long will the work take?

It depends on the scope and on material lead times. Your estimate includes the schedule, and materials are ordered before work starts so the room isn't torn up waiting on parts.

Do you handle the plumbing and electrical?

Like-for-like swaps — faucets, sinks, toilets, disposals and dishwashers — we do ourselves. Electrical work and plumbing changes are done by licensed electricians and plumbers that we coordinate on the same schedule.

Where do you work?

From Boulder to Colorado Springs. Douglas County and the south metro are home base, with no travel charge. Farther out — across the Denver metro, north to Boulder and south to Colorado Springs — travel is built into your written price, never added afterward. See every town we cover.
