Questions
For property managers, agents and businesses.
Do you work with property management companies?
Yes. We handle work orders, turnovers, make-readies and cleanouts for property managers and landlords, and bill the company, the owner or the unit — whichever your process needs.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can send a certificate naming your company, HOA or property before the first job.
How do you handle tenant-occupied units?
We coordinate access with the tenant, keep you updated as the work moves along, and make sure the unit is left clean and secure when we're done.
Can you work to a real estate closing deadline?
Yes. Tell us the contract dates when you send the inspection list, and we'll build the schedule backward from them — with itemized invoices for the closing file.
Can you work inside our vendor portal or work-order system?
Yes. Tell us which one you use and we'll get set up in it — work orders, photos and invoices included. We can send a W-9 and certificate of insurance with the first job.
Do you also work for general contractors and builders?
Yes — punch lists, finish work, installations, moves and cleanup as a subcontractor or vendor. See contractors & trade partners.
Do you work after hours for businesses?
We plan business jobs around your hours. Tell us when the space is free and we'll schedule the move or the work to fit.
