Englewood homes
What Englewood homes and businesses tend to need.
Most of Englewood was built by 1960 — bungalows on the north side, post-war brick ranches to the south — with apartments at Hampden Hills and CityCenter and newer townhomes filling in between. A lot of people move in and out of all of it, and in homes this age, any repair or repaint that disturbs old paint is done lead-safe.
Apartment, condo and townhome moves
Moving into or out of a building at CityCenter or Hampden Hills? Tell us about elevators, stairs and where the truck can park, and we'll plan the crew and the hours around it — beds and desks taken apart and rebuilt at the new place.
Moving helpMore out of a smaller house
Homes built before big closets and open plans work harder with shelves, closet systems, garage storage and a TV on the wall — mounted into the framing, level and solid, with the furniture built and anchored in the same visit.
TV mounting & installsGarages and basements, cleared
Houses that have been in the family for decades fill up. Before a sale, a move or a remodel, we sort it with you into keep, donate and haul, and carry it all out — garages, basements, sheds and whole-house estate cleanouts.
Junk removal & cleanoutsShops and offices on South Broadway
Shops, restaurants and offices downtown and around the medical district get repairs, fixtures, installs and moves scheduled around business hours — with a W-9 and certificate of insurance on request.

Questions
Englewood questions.
Do you charge travel in Englewood?
No. Englewood is part of our home-base area, so there's no travel charge anywhere in the city — the price you approve is the price you pay.
My address says Englewood, but I'm not in the city. Am I covered?
Yes. Englewood addresses reach well past the city — into Centennial, Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village, Sheridan and Meridian in Douglas County. Centennial and Meridian are home base, with no travel charge. For the others, send your address with your request — any travel is built into your written price, never added afterward.
How far are you from Englewood?
We're based in Castle Rock, about half an hour south. Englewood is a regular part of the schedule, not a special trip.
Can you help with a move into an apartment or condo?
Yes. Reserve the elevator or a loading zone if your building requires one, tell us about stairs and parking, and we'll plan the crew and the hours around it. If the building asks for a certificate of insurance, we'll send one.
Can you mount a TV on plaster or brick?
Yes. Plaster walls are common in older Englewood homes, so we find the framing, drill carefully to avoid cracking and mount into the studs — or into the brick itself with masonry anchors. A TV is never hung from plaster alone.
My home was built before 1978. Does that matter?
It can — and we're set up for it. Paint in homes built before 1978 may contain lead, and work that disturbs it falls under EPA lead-safe rules. We're EPA RRP certified, so that work is done with the area contained, dust controlled and the cleanup verified. Tell us the year your home was built when you send photos, and it's planned into your written price.
Do you work for shops and offices in Englewood?
Yes — repairs, installs, fixtures and office moves, scheduled around your business hours, with a W-9 and certificate of insurance on request. See property & commercial services.
