Questions

Denver questions.

Do you charge travel in Denver?

Any travel cost is built into your written price, never added afterward — the number you approve is the number you pay.

How far are you from Denver?

We're based in Castle Rock. Southeast Denver and the Tech Center are a short drive from our home-base towns of Lone Tree and Centennial, and we plan downtown and central Denver jobs as full visits.

Can you help with a condo or high-rise move?

Yes. Reserve the elevator and the loading dock with your building, send us its move-in rules, and we'll plan the crew and the hours around them. If the building asks for a certificate of insurance, we'll send one.

Do I need a permit to park the moving truck?

Sometimes. A truck or container in a driveway or private lot usually doesn't need one; on the street, Denver may require a right-of-way permit or a reserved meter, and those take a few days to arrange. We'll tell you what to check when we price your move.

Do you work for offices and businesses in Denver?

Yes — office moves, furniture installs, repairs and fixtures, scheduled around your business hours. See property & commercial services.

My home was built before 1978. Does that matter?

It can — and we're set up for it. Paint in homes built before 1978 may contain lead, and work that disturbs it falls under EPA lead-safe rules. We're EPA RRP certified, so that work is done with the area contained, dust controlled and the cleanup verified. Tell us the year your home was built when you send photos, and it's planned into your written price.

How fast can you get to me?

Written estimates usually go out within 24 hours, and you'll get dates with your price. Moves and larger jobs are booked as soon as you approve.
