Lakewood homes
What Lakewood homes and businesses tend to need.
Colorado's fifth-largest city is a mix of mid-century ranches, foothill neighborhoods on Green Mountain, apartments and condos along the W Line and at Belmar, and newer homes at Solterra.
Apartment and condo moves
Moving into or out of a building along the W Line or at Belmar? Tell us about elevators, stairs and where the truck can park, and we'll plan the crew and the hours around it — your truck or container, loaded right and unloaded room by room.
Moving helpNewer homes at Solterra, finished properly
The first years in a new home bring a list: TVs and shelves to hang, furniture to build and anchor, doors to adjust, trim and caulk to touch up. Send the whole list and we'll clear it in one visit.
Punch lists & installsFences and gates on the west side
Wind off the foothills is hard on fences: leaning posts reset in concrete once Colorado 811 has marked the lines, broken pickets replaced and sagging gates rehung so they latch again.

Office moves, furniture installs, repairs and fixtures, scheduled around business hours — with a W-9 and certificate of insurance on request.

Questions
Lakewood questions.
Do you charge travel in Lakewood?
Any travel cost is built into your written price, never added afterward — the number you approve is the number you pay.
How far are you from Lakewood?
We're based in Castle Rock, about 40 minutes away, and we plan Lakewood jobs as full visits — a punch list, a move or a project rather than a single small repair. If one small fix isn't worth the drive, we'll tell you.
Can you help with an apartment or condo move?
Yes. Reserve the elevator or a loading zone if your building requires one, tell us about stairs and parking, and we'll plan the crew and the hours around it. If the building asks for a certificate of insurance, we'll send one.
Can you fix a leaning fence or a gate that won't latch?
Yes — posts reset in concrete after Colorado 811 marks the utility lines, broken pickets replaced and gates rehung. Fences along a neighborhood's edge often belong to the HOA or metro district, so check that first. See fence & deck repair.
Do you work in HOA neighborhoods like Solterra?
Yes. For exterior work, check whether your HOA needs to approve it first; if it asks for a scope, photos or a certificate of insurance, we'll send them.
My home was built before 1978. Does that matter?
It can — and we're set up for it. Paint in homes built before 1978 may contain lead, and work that disturbs it falls under EPA lead-safe rules. We're EPA RRP certified, so that work is done with the area contained, dust controlled and the cleanup verified. Tell us the year your home was built when you send photos, and it's planned into your written price.
Do you work for offices and businesses in Lakewood?
Yes — office moves, furniture installs, repairs and fixtures, scheduled around your business hours. See property & commercial services.
