Colorado Springs homes
What Colorado Springs homes and families tend to need.
A military town with a lot of newer construction on the north and east sides — which means plenty of moves, plenty of rentals and plenty of first-year punch lists.
PCS moves, loaded right
Doing your own move — a personally procured move (PPM) — out of Fort Carson, Peterson, Schriever or the Air Force Academy? We load and unload the truck, trailer or container you've booked, take furniture apart and put it back together, and give you an itemized receipt for your records.
Moving helpNew homes on the north and east sides
In Flying Horse, Cordera, Wolf Ranch and Banning Lewis Ranch, it's TVs mounted, blinds and shelves hung, furniture built and the punch list the first year turns up — grouped into one visit.
Punch lists & installsRental turnovers between tenants
With so many homes changing hands every few years, landlords and property managers get turnover repairs, touch-up paint, haul-offs and make-readies on one work order — with before-and-after photos.
Property & commercialFences, decks and wind damage
Springs wind takes out fence panels and gates every year. Posts are reset in concrete after utility locates, pickets and boards are matched, and gates are rehung so they latch.

The north side is the closest stretch for us — Flying Horse, Cordera, Briargate and Northgate are a straight run down I-25 — and we work the east side and the rest of the city on planned trips.
- Monument and the Tri-LakesMonument, Woodmoor and Palmer Lake sit between us and the Springs, so they're covered on the same trips — see Monument.
- On-base housingBase access rules apply at Fort Carson, Peterson, Schriever and the Academy. Tell us which installation, and we'll sort out access with you before moving day.

Questions
Colorado Springs questions.
Do you charge travel to Colorado Springs?
Any travel cost is built into your written price, never added afterward — the number you approve is the number you pay.
How far are you from Colorado Springs?
We're based in Castle Rock, about 45 minutes north on I-25. North-side neighborhoods like Flying Horse, Cordera and Briargate are the closest stretch.
Can you help with a PCS move?
Yes. We load and unload the rental truck, trailer or portable container you've booked, take furniture apart and put it back together, and give you an itemized receipt. We don't drive your belongings — the move stays in your name and your truck.
Do you take small jobs in Colorado Springs?
We plan Springs work as full visits — moves, punch lists, installs, turnovers and projects. For a single small repair, we'll tell you honestly if the drive would cost more than the fix, and we can often group it with other work nearby.
Do you work for landlords and property managers?
Yes — turnovers, work orders, cleanouts and recurring maintenance, with itemized pricing, before-and-after photos, and a W-9 and certificate of insurance on request. See property & commercial services.
My home was built before 1978. Does that matter?
It can — and we're set up for it. Paint in homes built before 1978 may contain lead, and work that disturbs it falls under EPA lead-safe rules. We're EPA RRP certified, so that work is done with the area contained, dust controlled and the cleanup verified. Tell us the year your home was built when you send photos, and it's planned into your written price.
How soon can you get to me?
Written estimates usually go out within 24 hours, and you'll get dates with your price. Moves and larger jobs are booked as soon as you approve.
