Questions

Good to know before you call.

Do you take on small jobs?

Yes. One repair, one TV mount or a short punch list is a normal booking for us. If you have several small things, we'll group them into one visit so you get more done for the trip.

How big a project will you take on?

Anything from a single repair to kitchen and bath updates, multi-room projects and full rental turnovers. Bigger projects start with a free walkthrough, then one written, itemized price.

How far do you travel?

We work from Boulder to Colorado Springs. Douglas County and the south metro are home base, with no travel charge. Farther out, travel is built into your written price — and if a single small repair isn't worth the drive, we'll tell you.

Can you handle electrical and plumbing work?

We replace faucets, sinks, toilets and disposals ourselves. Electrical work and plumbing changes are done by licensed electricians and plumbers, and we coordinate them with the rest of the job — you still have one point of contact and one schedule.

Do you really do moving and hauling too?

We do. We load and unload rental trucks and containers, handle in-home moves and heavy items, haul away junk and remodel debris, run deliveries for businesses and move offices. Because it's the same company, it fits right into a project: furniture out before the floors go in, debris gone after.

Do you work for contractors and property managers?

Yes. We take on punch lists, make-readies, finish work, installations and moves for general contractors, builders, property managers and businesses, with a W-9 and certificate of insurance ready. See how we work with companies.

How quickly can I get an estimate?

Most estimates are written and sent within 24 hours of hearing from you. Photos speed things up — text them to (303) 919-2274. Larger projects start with a free walkthrough.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We're licensed and carry general liability insurance, and we can send a certificate of insurance before your job starts. We're also EPA lead-safe (RRP) certified for work in homes built before 1978, and SummitPeak Contracting & Logistics LLC is registered with the Colorado Secretary of State.
